Todas mis piezas están hechas a mano, con eso en mente puede haber ligeras imperfecciones. Debido a que están hechos a mano, es imposible hacerlos libres de imperfecciones. Hago mi mejor esfuerzo para eliminar cualquier marca o gran imperfección. Sin embargo, también creo que hecho a mano significa conocer y estar orgulloso de las pequeñas imperfecciones. Este es mi arte y detrás de cada pieza creada cuenta una historia, mi corazón y mi alma se ponen en ellos. Si te gustan las piezas que son diferentes y únicas, entonces estás en el lugar correcto.
Todo está hecho a mano y hago todo lo posible para que todo se envíe entre 3-5 días hábiles. Todo dependiendo de los volúmenes y pedidos recibidos.

Debido a la pandemia de COVID-19 en todo el mundo, estamos experimentando una gran cantidad de esperas y demoras en todos nuestros paquetes. Aunque ya han reducido los tiempos de esperas en algunas regiones, aun se continuan experimentando atrazos. Tenga en cuenta que sus piezas llegarán, pero puede tardar mucho más de lo normal. Una vez que los paquetes se dejan en USPS, aCocoBloom no tiene control sobre el tiempo o los paquetes. No somos responsables por la pérdida de paquetes, por direcciones equivocadas o el manejo por parte de USPS.
DEVOLUCIONES e INTERCAMBIOS
Las devoluciones de piezas dañadas se aceptan dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la compra. Otras devoluciones o reemplazos dañadas se cumplirán caso por caso.

All my pieces are hand made, with that in mind there might be slight imperfections. Because they are handmade it is impossible to make them blemish free. I try my absolute best to eliminate any markings or large imperfections. However I also believe handmade means knowing and being proud of the slight imperfections. This is my art and behind every piece created tells a story, my hole heart and soul is put on them. If you like pieces that are different and unique, then you are in the right place.
Everything is handmade and I do my best to get everything shipped out between 3-5 business days. All depending of the volumes and orders received.

Once the packages are drop off the USPS station aCocoBloom don’t have control over the time or the packages. We are not responsible for lost packages or missed handling on USPS part.
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Returns on damaged pieces are accepted within 30 days of purchase other damaged returns will be met on a case to case basis.
With custom pieces no returns are accepted.
